The team is owned by Gordon Smith, Mark Hughes, NASCAR professional Ernie Cope along with former NBA All-Star center Brad Daugherty. The team currently has a technical alliance with Hendrick Motorsports and is housed in a 130,000 square foot facility in Harrisburg, NC.
